WELCOME!

I am an Arlington/DC-based Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500), specializing in custom, private events, including yoga at large-scale venues, and corporate wellness events. If you’d like to plan a wellness event for your group, please reach out. I offer several styles of yoga, including vinyasa, gentle, yin, and nidra. I also partner with a sound bath practitioner, as well as an acupuncturist to offer private hybrid wellness experiences like AcuYin and Yoga + Sound.

Please note that my yoga + animal events (kitten and puppy yoga) are only offered sporadically, as I partner exclusively with shelters and rescue organizations. I do NOT work with breeders, and am unable to offer animal yoga on demand. The events are dependent on when animals become available from one of my partners, and the events benefit the charities.

I work exclusively with Walnut Creek Farm to bring our monthly goat experiences (including goat yoga and Bingoat) to the DMV area. The Goat Yoga and special event schedule is regularly updated. Please be sure to get your tickets in advance as the sessions fill quickly.

Private “goat experiences” can be arranged for groups larger than 50, dependent on location and venue. If you’d like to bring a group smaller than 50 to one of our already-scheduled events, please purchase a block of tickets in advance.

I also host a variety of unique yoga experiences, including yoga in Washington, DC’s National Building Museum, The International Spy Museum, and the National Museum of Women in the Arts. I also offer the super popular and fun Goat Yoga, Yoga and Acupuncture, Art & Yoga, Yoga and Sound, and Kitten and Puppy Yoga at the Animal Welfare League of Arlington.
