During an extended savasana, Liat will offer a multi-sensory sound experience, featuring the gong, ocean drum, chimes, crystal bowls, and crystal pyramid.
We will practice under the colossal, 75-foot-tall Corinthian columns in the Great Hall of The National Building Museum, America’s leading cultural institution devoted to interpreting the history and impact of the built environment.

Join Beth + acupuncturist Bronwyn, owner of DC Acupuncture, for an intimate, grounding, and soothing Acupuncture, Yoga, and Sound Bath experience. During this 90-minute workshop, participants will experience a full Yin Yoga practice accompanied by the soothing sounds of a live crystal bowl sound bath.
Yin is a practice of stillness, and poses are held for 3-5 minutes on each side, supported by props. Yin focuses on flexibility and patience, by targeting deep connective tissue. This style of yoga is accessible to practitioners of all levels. During an extended savasana, you’ll receive a four-point acupuncture treatment intended to deepen the connection between your mind and body, and promote a sense of ease, deep relaxation, and easy sleep.
