Please join us for an all-level, mellow, playful yoga practice for people ages 12 and older. We will enjoy a casual yoga practice in the loft at Faith Lutheran Church in Arlington while kittens roam among us. There will be plenty of time allotted for kitten snuggling and photos. BYO yoga mat, a Cat & Dog’s Friend Rescue will provide the adoptable pets. Event benefits the rescue org.

Please note: the loft is up about 18 stairs, and there is no elevator access.

There is no yoga involved! Just come and hang out and enjoy! Your first drink is included in your ticket price. The goats are fun, friendly, and interactive; you can give them snacks and take photos. Food and additional drinks will be available for purchase from Gustave.

Dr. Maureen, the veterinarian owner of Walnut Creek Farm will be there to attend to the herd and answer your questions.

Participants must be at LEAST 10 years of age, per our insurance. Tickets are NOT shareable/transferrable. No outside food or drinks, please.

EVERYONE entering the garden must have a ticket to attend this private event. There is no general seating available during the event.

Join Beth + Liat at DC's National Building Museum, featuring an all-level yoga flow led by instructor Beth, featuring a "sound experience" by Liat Pisco, a sound practitioner and owner of Yoga in Del Ray. During an extended savasana, Liat will offer a multi-sensory sound experience, featuring the gong, ocean drum, chimes, crystal bowls, and crystal pyramid.
