Join us for yin yoga + sound in the cozy loft at Fatih Lutheran Church in Arlington for a unique experience featuring the crystal pyramid, singing bowls, chimes, the gong, and the ocean drum. This promises to be a deeply relaxing and sensory-rich experience that combines the practice of yin yoga with a soothing sound bath.

Liat Pisco, a sound practitoner and yoga teacher who owns Yoga in Del Ray in Alexandria, will provide the audio ambiance, and the Yin yoga practice will be led by instructor Beth Wolfe.

Yin involves a series of slow, passive yoga poses, each held for an extended period, typically 3 to 5 minutes. This allows for deep stretching and relaxation, promoting a sense of release in the muscles and joints.

We will enjoy and extended savasana for the sound bath.

All are welcome--the class is open to brand new and seasoned yogis alike! No previous yoga experience required. Please purchase tickets in advance and BYO yoga mat.
