If you can't come to kitten yoga, kitten yoga will come to you via Zoom! Join Beth and a litter of kittens (via kitten cam) for a one hour family/pet yoga session to benefit the Animal Welfare League of Arlington. Gather the family and the family pet, and zoom into a virtual family yoga class. We'll do some easy stretching, a few balancing poses, and we'll get the family pets involved, too.
Here's how to join:
-purchase a ticket (one $20 ticket per family)
-register for a free Zoom.us account
-you'll receive a link to the meeting via email two hours before the start of the event
-grab your yoga mats (or a towel) and the family pet and login via zoom at 6pm on Friday

That's all! No yoga experience required, no age limits! Let's have some fun with a virtual kitten visit, and practice some simple yogic movement along the way.
