Join Beth and Shoshana at the community center at Faith Lutheran Church in Arlington for a slow flow yoga flow class designed to unlock your creativity, followed by an opportunity to paint your own sloth with step-by-step instructions from sloth, art, and yoga aficionado, Shoshana Weissmann.

$40 includes the yoga class and all supplies.
Please BYO yoga mat, and if you'd like to paint your sloth directly on your yoga mat, you are welcome to do so! Otherwise, a canvas will be provided.
