Join us for a special Halloween costume party edition of baby goat yoga and animal therapy featuring the goats from Walnut Creek Farm!

We will practice on the lawn outside at Ease Yoga & Cafe in Alexandria.

The goats will be dressing up in their halloween costumes, and human participants are welcome to do the same!

This event will be a hybrid of gentle seated yoga stretches, a guided meditation, and plenty of goat snuggling. The program is designed so that everyone will remain on their mat for the duration of the event.

To keep everyone as safe as possible:

- participants will be REQUIRED to wear a mask as they arrive (you may participate in the session with or without a mask).

-Hands MUST be sanitized upon entering and exiting (we will supply hand sanitizer).

-You MUST bring your own yoga mat or towel-- we won't have any to loan.

-We will have a mostly seated yoga practice, and a short guided meditation, followed by plenty of goat snuggling. We will be sure that everyone has plenty of personal goat time, and plenty of time for goat selfies.

-If you are feeling at all under the weather or feverish, please do not attend. Just let us know ASAP and will will provide a full refund.

-Everyone attending MUST have a ticket, purchased in advance. We won't be able to accommodate walk-ups. Children must be 13+ and accompanied by an adult, per our insurance.

We kindly ask that you don't attend if you aren't comfortable with these guidelines. Participants will be required to sign a digital waiver in advance.

The owner of Walnut Creek Farm and human mom to the goats, veterinarian Dr. Maureen Noftsinger will be there to attend to the herd and answer goat-related questions.
