Yoga with Puppies!

Yoga with a litter of 6-week old puppies!

YES! It is TRUE! The AWLA has a littler of nine puppies! (mixed breed, we aren't sure what they are!)

All-level, mellow, mostly seated yoga practice (including a lot of dog/puppy yoga poses) for people ages 10 and older (our insurance requires participants be no younger than 10). We will practice yoga at the shelter while the puppies roam and play around us.

THE PUPPIES ARE NOT YET POTTY TRAINED. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE WILL VERY LIKELY BE POTTY ACCIDENTS! PLEASE BRING AN OLD YOGA MAT!

Human participants must be vaccinated against COVID to attend.
