Each Thursday at 9:30am, I teach an in-person vinyasa flow class at Yoga in Del Ray (1900 Mt. Vernon Ave., Alexandria). This in-person class is open to 10 fully-vaccinated participants. If you’d prefer to practice from the comfort of your own home, this Thursday class is also available via Zoom (here is the link). Please pay what you wish for this class.
