Yoga with Puppies!

Join us at Faith Lutheran Church in Arlington for a session of puppy yoga with a litter of SEVEN 9-week old mixed- breed (Labrador) puppies to benefit A Cat and Dog's Friend Rescue. These puppies will eventually be available for adoption but they won't be able to go home with anyone the evening of yoga.

We are limiting this event to only 25 participants, to maintain a favorable puppy/human ratio.

The event is a mellow, mostly seated yoga practice (including a lot of dog/puppy yoga poses) for people ages 10 and older (our insurance requires participants be no younger than 10).

We will practice in the second floor loft area of Faith Lutheran Church in Arlington. Please note, the class is on the second floor of the building, with no elevator access. You will have to walk up 2 short flights of stairs.
