Join us for an outdoor session of goat yoga and animal therapy featuring the goats from Walnut Creek Farm!

We will practice at Bear Chase Brewing Company, a destination farm brewery with picturesque views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, crisp air, and beautiful natural surroundings.

This event is a hybrid of gentle seated yoga stretches, a guided meditation, and plenty of goat snuggling.

Everyone attending MUST have a ticket, purchased in advance. We won't be able to accommodate walk-ups. Children must be 13+ and accompanied by an adult, per our insurance.

The owner of Walnut Creek Farm and human mom to the goats, veterinarian Dr. Maureen Noftsinger will be there to attend to the herd and answer goat-related questions.
