Join us for yoga + sound at the fellowship hall at Faith Lutheran Church in Arlington, featuring an all-level yoga flow led by instructor Beth Wolfe, accompanied by a sound bath led by Mel of Beyond Yoga, a yoga teacher certified in crystal alchemy sound healing.

For the duration of the class participants will enjoy a sound bath featuring seven crystal alchemy bowls. Harmonic chords and binaural sounds will be played which promote balance and relaxation.

The first part of the experience will be an all-level yoga flow, accessible for every ability. The class will conclude with a luxurious 30 minute restorative savasana, accompanied by the sounds of the crystal bowls.

All are welcome--the class is open to brand new and seasoned yogis alike! No previous yoga experience required. Please purchase tickets in advance and BYO yoga mat.
