Join Beth + Mel for a rejuvenating morning of Yoga + Sound at DC's International Spy Museum
Immerse yourself in a unique experience that combines the benefits of yoga and the grounding and soothing elements of a crystal-bowl sound bath.
We will practice in the museum's 7th floor ballroom, which boasts a sweeping view of the SW waterfront (the Wharf), National Airport, and Nats Park.
The yoga session will be accompanied by Mel's blissful sound bath, which will include an extra long restorative savasana.
