Mel of Beyond Yoga, a yoga teacher certified in crystal alchemy sound healing, will play the harp, crystal bowls, and chimes. The vibrations and sounds of the instruments are intended to promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

The Yin yoga practice, led by instructor Beth Wolfe, involves a series of slow, passive yoga poses, each held for an extended period, typically 3 to 5 minutes. This allows for deep stretching and relaxation, promoting a sense of release in the muscles and joints.
